Designed for the justice system, this training was implemented and evaluated at the West Valley City, Utah, Police Department. This interview process incorporates the principles of the neurobiology of trauma and the fast-paced and interactive presentation builds on the Session 1: Trauma-Informed Response for the Justice System. The presenter provides training on how to best interact with a traumatized person, specifically providing the “how-to’s” in conducting a trauma-informed victim interview.
