OVW Fiscal Year 2024 Enhancing Investigation and Prosecution of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking (EIP) Initiative
The Enhancing Investigation and Prosecution (EIP) Initiative is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, Pub. L. No. 117-328, 136 Stat. 4459, 4530-31 (2022). This initiative is designed to promote, and evaluate, effective policing and prosecution responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This is the first time awards have been made under this program. OVW plans to make ten, 36-month awards for up to $500,000. Additional details can be found in the solicitation.
